SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship worldwide. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

We have the following shipping options within Canada & United States:

Standard CAN| 7-14 Business Days $9.90 (Free for 150$+ orders). May be subject to delays. (Based on weight)

Standard US| 7-14 Business Days $9.90 (Free for 150$+ orders). May be subject to delays. (Based on weight)

International Shipping Policy

We offer International shipping services through varied couriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. International orders roughly require 3-5 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center. Electronic signatures will be captured upon all DHL deliveries. Please note customs fees may apply according to local legislation. MARIE ET L'ARMOIRE does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Please check with your local courier for more information on how COVID-19 directly effects your shipments with us. 

Return Policy

Items bought on Marieetlarmoire.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 

Please note that all Sales, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you. 

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return. 

Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
